The volatile, fast-paced, chaotic, and degenerate nature of meme tokens has always disgusted and attracted me; Web3 has been the source of most of my early funding at the beginning of my art career. New, young money likes to spend on new, young things within their ecosystem; I happened to fit the role. Since I had released multiple NFT collections, including Portraits of the Mind and Indigo Kids during COVID, I had gradually become deeply integrated into these esoteric money-making cabals. My first two highest-paying art releases before I had dropped out of Art Center College of Design I owe to the underground Crypoto art and token scene. and my reputation between my first art collective, Aetlas Vision, and my close ties with the infamous Remilia Collective at the time had propelled me into rooms like this, filled with Digi tech entrepreneurs looking for the next shiny thing to trade, which, although juvenile, was undeniably entertaining.
